Social Résumés
First of all, why do i need a sorority résumé? what even is a “sorority packet”?
The first time I heard of a “sorority packet,” I was a sophomore in high school and had absolutely NO CLUE what it meant. Several of my senior friends had enlisted me to design their résumés for recruitment, but I was still confused. Didn’t they send in a résumé when they applied to college? Why did they need ANOTHER one?
After a lot of research and hours of Pinterest-browsing, I discovered that a sorority packet is a digital or physical collection of information about YOU that is sent first to the alumnae who write your reference letters, and then forwarded to the sorority houses themselves. Typically, a sorority application requires slightly different things from a college application—for example, a headshot and a pretty version of your résumé—and this is where I can help! Usually, if you are planning to rush as a freshman in college, this is all assembled during the spring of senior year and sent out to reference writers in May.
What exactly is INCLUDED in a packet?
Digital versions of:
A personalized letterhead design for your cover letter
A two page résumé
A monogram sticker (to go on the cover of your folder and backs of pictures in a paper packet)

Transcript and test scores
